Delivery Charges:

  • Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery on orders over PKR 2000.

  • Standard Delivery Fee: For orders below PKR 2000, a flat delivery charge of PKR 249 will be applied.

Delivery Times:

  • Local Deliveries (within Karachi): Typically delivered within 2-3 business days.

  • National Deliveries (outside Karachi): Delivery times can range from 3-5 business days depending on the destination.

Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed as soon as payment is confirmed, and typically within 24 hours during business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Areas:

  • We deliver across Pakistan, including major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and more.

  • For remote areas, please expect slightly longer delivery times.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can track the delivery status.

What to Expect at Delivery:

  • Our trusted delivery partners will deliver your order to the address provided.

  • If you're not available to receive the order at the time of delivery, they may contact you for rescheduling.

Important Notes:

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable once the order has been processed.

  • If the item you ordered is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to cancel or substitute the order.
